Delete your data

CiltRota has no sign-up and no password. Your check-ins are tied to an anonymous identifier created on your device, so the fastest and most complete way to erase everything is from inside the app.

In the app (recommended)

Open Profile → Your data rights → Delete all my data. This permanently deletes your analysis records, usage counters and any reports from our servers, then clears all local data on the device. It cannot be undone.

Without the app

If you have already uninstalled CiltRota, email destek@dodeyazilim.com with the subject CiltRota data deletion request. Because accounts are anonymous we cannot identify you by name or email alone — include the anonymous identifier shown in the app under Profile if you still have it, or the approximate dates of your check-ins. We respond within 30 days.

What is deleted

Derived skin-check results (scores, visible-signal notes, routine steps, language, timestamps), daily quota counters, and any content reports you filed. Raw photos are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete there.

What is kept

Limited, non-identifying security and abuse-prevention records may be retained where required by law. These contain no analysis content.

Download your data first

To export before deleting, use Profile → Your data rights → Download my data. It produces a JSON file with everything we hold for your identifier.
